- Track project progress, identify roadblocks, elevate critical issues, and drive corrective actions.
- Facilitate cross-functional VAVE/QVE workshops with Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Manufacturing, and suppliers.
- Identify opportunities through design optimization, material substitution, specification optimization, manufacturing/process improvements, standardization, and simplification.
- Challenge existing product specifications and solutions while ensuring that changes maintain required quality, safety, reliability, regulatory, and customer requirements.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of productivity opportunities and support prioritization based on technical feasibility, savings potential, investment, risk, and implementation timing.

- Forecast versus realized savings
- Supplier-change project completion
- Project cycle-time reduction
Key Competencies
The ideal candidate should demonstrate:
- Strong project management and end-to-end execution capability
- Experience with VAVE/QVE, cost reduction, supplier change, localization, or industrial productivity
