- Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Data, and Technology teams to deliver scalable customer experience solutions.
- Manage CRM, marketing automation, and customer journey optimization projects from strategy through implementation.
- Analyze campaign performance, customer insights, and business metrics to drive continuous improvement and growth.




- Identify and implement innovative digital marketing and MarTech capabilities that support business objectives and improve user experience.

Perfil buscado

- 5+ years of experience in digital product marketing, MarTech, or customer lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, and customer journey optimization.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience leveraging data and analytics to improve marketing performance.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence decision-making across teams.
- English proficiency.
