About the Role

Our client, a growing company specializing in commercial and industrial HVAC solutions, is seeking a skilled Technician to join their team in Guadalajara, Jalisco . This role is crucial for ensuring the optimal performance and maintenance of complex climate control and refrigeration systems across various client sites. The adecuado candidate will possess a strong technical background, a commitment to quality, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. This position offers a blend of field work and potential for some remote coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform installations, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs on a wide range of HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
- Diagnose complex system issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of all service calls, including parts used and time spent.
- Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Advise clients on system upgrades and energy-efficient solutions.




- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry advancements.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools.

Requirements

- Technical degree or certification in HVAC, Refrigeration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with commercial and industrial HVAC/R systems.
- Proficiency in brazing, soldering, and pipe fitting.
- Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
- Experience with various refrigerants and EPA certification (preferred).
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair systems from multiple manufacturers.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Availability for on-call rotations and occasional evening/weekend work.
