About the Role

Our client, a key entity in the Energía industry, is looking for a highly skilled Ingeniero/a de Proyectos Eléctricos y de Potencia to join their operations in Guadalajara, Jalisco . This role is fundamental to the planning, execution, and oversight of electrical power projects, ensuring they meet stringent technical standards, safety regulations, and project deadlines. You will manage various aspects of project development, from conceptualization and design to procurement and construction supervision. The idóneo candidate will have a deep understanding of electrical systems, power generation, transmission, and distribution, along with proven project management capabilities. We seek a proactive problem-solver with excellent technical acumen and strong leadership skills. Key Responsibilities

- Lead the planning, design, and execution of electrical power projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project scopes, specifications, budgets, and schedules.
- Oversee the selection and procurement of electrical equipment and materials.
- Manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards, codes, and regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress to ensure quality and adherence to design.
- Perform technical analysis and problem-solving to address project challenges.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients,



regulatory bodies, and other departments.
- Prepare project reports, documentation, and status updates for management.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies and technical standards.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in electrical project engineering, with a focus on power systems.
- Strong knowledge of electrical design principles, power systems, and relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP).
- Proven experience in project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Familiarity with national and international electrical codes and standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Guadalajara, Jalisco .
- Proficiency in English is an asset.
