About the Role

Our client, a high-end department store in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, MX, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Luxury Department Manager. This role is responsible for overseeing a specific department within the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales performance, and managing a team of sales associates. The idóneo candidate will have a strong understanding of luxury retail, a passion for fashion and quality products, and proven leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the assigned luxury department.
- Drive sales performance to meet and exceed targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building strong client relationships.
- Lead, train, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve their goals.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation and store appeal.
- Manage inventory levels, stock control, and ordering processes.
- Ensure adherence to store policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Monitor sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues promptly.




- Contribute to the overall success and brand image of the store in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, MX.

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury goods or fashion.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Knowledge of visual merchandising principles.
- Passion for luxury products and brands.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma required; degree in Business or Fashion Merchandising is a plus.
- Proficiency in retail POS systems.
- Reside in or be able to commute to Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, MX.
