About the Role
Our client, an innovative online learning platform, is seeking a creative and user-focused Especialista en Experiencia de Aprendizaje en Línea to enhance the digital educational journey for their students. This position offers a Hybrid work model, blending remote flexibility with essential on-site collaboration in San Luis Potosí, San Luis Potosí, MX. You will be responsible for analyzing user behavior, gathering feedback, and designing intuitive and engaging online learning environments that foster student success and retention. Key Responsibilities Analyze user data and feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improving the online learning experience.
Design and prototype user interfaces for online courses, platform features, and learning tools.
Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gather insights.
Collaborate closely with instructional designers, content creators, and developers to implement user-centered design solutions.
Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to guide design decisions.
Ensure that the online learning platform is accessible, intuitive, and engaging for all users.
Champion best practices in UX/UI design within the organization.
Monitor key engagement and satisfaction metrics, and report on progress.
Stay informed about the latest trends and innovations in e-learning UX/UI design.




Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for improving the learner experience. Requirements Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on digital products or online learning environments.
Proven experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Strong understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale effectively.
Experience working in a hybrid environment, demonstrating the ability to collaborate effectively both remotely and in-person.
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a significant advantage.
