About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gerente de Operaciones Globales to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies that align with the company's global objectives.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of international teams, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization across all operational functions.
Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on operational efficiency and effectiveness to senior management.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture among remote teams, promoting effective communication and engagement.
Ensure compliance with all relevant international regulations and standards.
Lead and mentor a diverse team of operational professionals based in various global locations.
Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and finance,



to ensure cohesive business operations. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a global or international capacity.
Proven experience in managing remote teams and fostering virtual collaboration.
Strong understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in relevant operational software and ERP systems.
Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
