About the Role
Our client, a distinguished organization operating within the social services sector , is seeking an accomplished and strategic Operations Services Manager. This key leadership role will oversee the efficient and effective delivery of a wide range of social programs and services throughout the vibrant city of Monterrey, Nuevo León. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing operational processes, managing budgets, leading a dedicated team, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. This is a hybrid role, requiring a blend of on-site presence to manage team activities and direct service delivery, with flexibility for remote work. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of various social service programs, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and client satisfaction.
Manage departmental budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure fiscal responsibility.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of program staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to social services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with community partners,



stakeholders, and funding agencies.
Implement and monitor quality assurance measures to uphold service standards.
Oversee the utilization of technology and resources to enhance operational capabilities.
Prepare regular operational reports for senior leadership, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement. Requirements Master's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Social Work, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably within the social services or non-profit sector.
Proven track record in budget management, strategic planning, and process improvement.
Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality standards in the social services industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in a hybrid work environment, demonstrating adaptability and strong organizational skills.
Familiarity with the Monterrey, Nuevo León service landscape is a plus.
