About the Role

Our client, a dynamic regional distributor, is seeking an experienced and motivated Supervisor de Logística y Almacenamiento to oversee their operations in Oaxaca City, Oaxaca . This role is critical for managing daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and the safe handling of goods. The adecuado candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement. You will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse staff, optimizing processes, and maintaining high standards of safety and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Manage and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to procedures and safety standards.
- Oversee inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock checks.
- Ensure efficient space utilization and maintain an organized warehouse environment.
- Implement and enforce safety regulations and best practices within the warehouse.
- Coordinate with transportation providers for timely inbound and outbound shipments.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.




- Maintain equipment and ensure proper functioning of warehouse systems.
- Resolve operational issues and discrepancies promptly and effectively.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment for the warehouse team.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or a similar logistics role.
- Proven experience in inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and best practices.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift and move goods as required.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing operations.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Oaxaca City, Oaxaca .
