Support and execute Organizational Change Management strategies, plans, and adoption activities for business transformation initiatives.2. Facilitate workshops, stakeholder sessions, training events, and change readiness activities.3. Develop communication, training, and adoption materials, including presentations, guides, videos, infographics, and other multimedia content.4. Create engaging visual assets using modern content creation tools to drive user awareness and adoption.5. Collaborate with project teams and business stakeholders to monitor change impacts, gather feedback, and improve organizational readiness.6. Manage and maintain team knowledge repositories and documentation platforms, including **Cloud Confluence**Required educationBachelor's DegreeRequired technical and professional expertise* Experience supporting **Organizational Change Management (OCM)** initiatives, processes, and adoption activities.* Strong **workshop facilitation** and stakeholder engagement skills.* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to comfortably speak to large audiences.* Experience creating graphics, videos, animations, and user engagement content using tools such as **Figma,
