Key Responsibilities

- Analyze user data and feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improving the online learning experience.
- Design and prototype user interfaces for online courses, platform features, and learning tools.
- Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gather insights.
- Collaborate closely with instructional designers, content creators, and developers to implement user-centered design solutions.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to guide design decisions.
- Ensure that the online learning platform is accessible, intuitive, and engaging for all users.
- Champion best practices in UX/UI design within the organization.
- Monitor key engagement and satisfaction metrics, and report on progress.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and innovations in e-learning UX/UI design.




- Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for improving the learner experience.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on digital products or online learning environments.
- Proven experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale effectively.
- Experience working in a hybrid environment, demonstrating the ability to collaborate effectively both remotely and in-person.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a significant advantage.
- A portfolio showcasing successful UX/UI design projects is required.
