Key Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough assessments of individual and family needs to identify challenges and strengths.
- Develop and implement individualized case plans, setting clear goals and objectives.

- Facilitate access to community resources, including healthcare, education, employment, and housing services.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
- A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in social work, community development, or a similar role.

- In-depth knowledge of social welfare policies and resources available in Chihuahua .
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region as needed.
