About the Role

Our client, a leading online business, is seeking a skilled and analytical Especialista en Optimización de Tasa de Conversión (CRO) to join their team in Culiacán, Sinaloa, MX . This role is essential for improving the user experience on our client's website and maximizing the effectiveness of their online marketing efforts by increasing conversion rates. The idóneo candidate will have a deep understanding of user behavior analysis, A/B testing, website analytics, and UX/UI principles. You will be responsible for identifying friction points in the customer journey, formulating hypotheses, designing and running experiments, and translating data into actionable insights to drive conversions. This hybrid position allows for a blend of focused work and collaborative team sessions. We are looking for a data-driven individual with a passion for continuous improvement and a proven ability to lift key conversion metrics.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze website data (using tools like Google Analytics, heatmaps, session recordings) to identify user behavior patterns and conversion bottlenecks.
- Develop and prioritize CRO hypotheses based on data analysis, user research, and best practices.
- Design, implement, and manage A/B tests and multivariate tests for website elements, landing pages, and user flows.
- Interpret test results, draw actionable conclusions, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, content writers, and developers to implement winning variations and optimize user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and methodologies in CRO and UX.
- Define key metrics and tracking requirements for experiments and website performance.




- Continuously seek opportunities to improve website usability and conversion rates across the entire customer journey.
- Contribute to the overall digital strategy by providing insights on user behavior and conversion optimization.
- Document test plans, results, and learnings for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Psychology, Business, HCI, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) or a closely related role (e.g., Web Analytics, UX Analysis).
- Proven experience designing and executing A/B tests and interpreting their results.
- Proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and CRO tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Hotjar).
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centered design.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of curiosity and a passion for experimentation.
- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
