Sagan World LLC. is seeking a remote Independent Contractor to recruit technicians for cooling, mechanical systems and critical infrastructure roles. You will manage full-cycle recruiting and actively source passive candidates, building pipelines for HVAC, chiller and facilities technician positions.

Responsibilities include coordinating screenings, interviews and follow-ups, maintaining records, and ensuring timely communications. Prior experience with ATS and data-center recruiting is a plus.
