About the Role

Our client, a globally recognized software development company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join their fully remote team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and delivery of innovative software solutions from the comfort of your own home. You will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and planning to execution, deployment, and post-launch support. The adecuado candidate possesses strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum), and a proven ability to manage complex technical projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA testers, and product managers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. Key Responsibilities

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects using Agile methodologies.

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with product owners and stakeholders.

- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.

- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Identify, track, and resolve project impediments and risks.

- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders across different time zones.





- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project status updates.

- Monitor project progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.

- Oversee the software release process and ensure successful deployment.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team's processes and practices.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in software development.

- Proven experience managing projects using Agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.

- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is highly preferred.

- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.

- Ability to thrive in a fully remote work environment and manage distributed teams effectively.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
