The idóneo candidate will have strong supplier management and negotiation skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-site environment, and a strong sense of urgency to support operational needs. A solid understanding of erp systems, cost analysis, and cross-functional collaboration is key to success in this role.

responsibilities

procurement of mro & indirect materials source and purchase maintenance, repair, and operational supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations. Monitor supplier performance (cost, quality, delivery) and drive improvement initiatives. Rfqs & negotiation lead bidding processes,



analyze quotes, and negotiate pricing and service conditions. Purchase orders & expediting manage requisitions and pos, follow up on deliveries, and resolve discrepancies. Cost optimization & spend analysis identify savings opportunities, support sourcing strategies, and optimize indirect spend.

qualifications

b2 or higher level of english proficiency (spoken and written) erp systems (epicor preferred) cost analysis & spend management rfq / sourcing process management understanding of indirect procurement & mro strong communication & stakeholder management
