As we continue expanding our Aviation & Aerospace Division, we are seeking a highly motivated and commercially driven Aviation & Aerospace Sourcing Specialist who thrives in fast-paced sourcing environments and has a proven ability to identify, evaluate, negotiate, and secure inventory opportunities.

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, excess inventory acquisition, international supplier management, and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and expand relationships with aviation, aerospace, industrial, and technology suppliers worldwide.
- Identify and secure inventory opportunities including aircraft components, aerospace parts, rotables, engines, electronic components, excess inventory, surplus stock, and hard-to-find materials.
- Build and manage a robust sourcing pipeline by proactively researching new suppliers and purchasing opportunities.
- Evaluate supplier inventory based on market demand, pricing trends, lifecycle status, availability, and resale potential.
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, payment terms, and commercial agreements to maximize profitability and inventory availability.
- Source inventory globally through direct supplier outreach, market research, industry platforms, and strategic networking.
- Analyze RFQs and customer requirements to identify the most effective sourcing strategies.
- Monitor market conditions, supply chain disruptions, inventory shortages, and emerging sourcing opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Trading, and Operations teams to align sourcing efforts with customer demand.
- Maintain accurate supplier, purchasing, inventory, and quotation records within CRM and ERP systems.
- Support inventory optimization initiatives including excess inventory acquisition,



liquidation opportunities, and stock redistribution strategies.
- Research and establish relationships with airlines, MROs, OEMs, distributors, manufacturers, and aftermarket suppliers.
- Participate in supplier meetings, trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events as needed.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Aviation Management, Logistics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, purchasing, supply chain, inventory acquisition, vendor management, or trading environments.
- Proven experience negotiating with domestic and international suppliers.
- Experience sourcing excess inventory, surplus material, overstock products, electronic components, industrial equipment, aerospace components, or similar categories.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and inventory evaluation.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, pricing evaluation, reporting, and inventory assessment.
- Experience using ERP, CRM, purchasing, or inventory management systems.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify profitable purchasing opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience within aviation, aerospace, defense, MRO, industrial manufacturing, electronics distribution, or aftermarket industries.
- Experience purchasing aircraft components, rotables, engines, avionics, aerospace materials, or industrial spare parts.
- Existing supplier network within aviation, aerospace, electronics, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.




- Experience managing international suppliers across North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
- Familiarity with aviation documentation, certifications, traceability requirements, and industry standards.
- Exposure to inventory trading, excess inventory acquisition, surplus material purchasing, or global sourcing programs.
