About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, fluent English-speaking Skills Builder Educator to join Queen Mary School. In this role, you will lead the explicit instruction, development, and assessment of essential socio-emotional and cognitive skills across our secondary levels. Working 18 hours per week, you will utilize the international Skills Builder Partnership framework to guide students in mastering key competencies through practical, interactive, and project-based learning.

Key Responsibilities
• Skill Instruction: Deliver explicit, high-impact lessons focused on 8 Essential Skills (Listening, Speaking, Problem Solving, Creativity, Staying Positive, Aiming High, Leadership, and Teamwork).
• Immersive English Environment: Facilitate all lessons, discussions, and student interactions entirely in English.
• Assessment & Tracking: Monitor and evaluate student progress using the Skills Builder Hub and Benchmark tools.
• Experiential Projects: Lead interactive initiatives, such as Challenge Days (e.g., Operation Moonbase) and real-world problem-solving projects.

Guide students in self-reflection and goal setting to promote continuous personal growth. Qualifications & Requirements
• Language Proficiency: Advanced to native-level English fluency (C1/C2 or equivalent).
• Education &

Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Pedagogy, Humanities, Human Develpment, Sudent Coach or a related field; prior teaching experience in bilingual environments preferred.
• Pedagogical Approach: Familiarity with skill-based learning, active methodologies, and student-centered facilitation.
• Schedule: Availability to commit to 18 hours per week on-site.
