Location:
Mexico (Mexico City). Responsibilities
• Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention.
• Provide advisory regarding legal standards in Mexico.
• Daily management of employees. Act as main point of contact for HR matters in Bra Mexico.
• Assist management in conflict resolution and employee relations.
• Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company.
• Onboard new employees and manage benefits.
• Prepare several reports for overtime and other allowances to be processed by the Payroll team.




• Propose and coordinate team building, DEI, wellness and leadership development initiatives.
• Monitor activities with the Centers of Excellence (COEs) in India (C&B;, L&D;, Payroll, HR Ops, etc.).
• Serve as a point of contact for vendors and oversee processes and compliance.
• Provide support for labor relations and compliance processes. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree (master degree is a plus).
• 8-10 years of experience in HR.
• Proficiency in English (advanced level / C1) is required. Portuguese language is a plus.
• Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
