We're hiring experienced Account Managers to own the owner experience throughout the leasing process — the person who keeps the file moving, keeps the client confident, and ensures execution is tight from start to finish.
This role is for someone who already knows how to run a client book: proactive communication, deadline control, clean follow-up, and strong accountability.

What You'll Do
Be the owner's main point of contact during the leasing process and deliver a "white-glove" client experienceDrive execution across the workflow: confirm readiness, gather missing info, coordinate next steps, and prevent delaysProvide proactive updates so owners always know what's happening and what comes nextManage time-sensitive items with urgency and strong communicationEnsure documentation is collected and tracked properly according to company processMaintain clean CRM records: notes, tasks, follow-ups,
