Inviting applications for the role of Lean Coach This position is responsible to use the lean methodology in the client account the person will be assigned to identify and implement processes improvements/automations end to end that adds value to the client and financial efficiencies ensuring no disruption to the operation’s quality. Responsibilities
• Map and standardized account activities, assuring lean penetration (SOPs, Bowlers, Daily Management).
• Ensure teams are trained and tested in Lean, Green Belt Mentoring. Connecting to global teams supporting process alignment during Agentic implementations. Multidisciplinary work across multiple accounts.
• Participation in MOR sessions, conducting PSR, and providing best practice for service line improving quality and reducing operational risk.
• Development of QPAs for better activity efficiency, security,



and visibility when applicable (Power BI, Power Automate, VBAs, SharePoint, RPAS, web applications, and AI Prompting expertise Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications
• Advance English (C1)
• MBA
• Experience in Manufacturing Industry
• GreenBelt Certification
