Mission We are looking for a System Engineer specialized in automotive battery systems to support system architecture definition, technical requirements management and multidisciplinary engineering integration. The candidate will contribute to the RFQ phase by analyzing OEM requirements, defining system-level solutions and ensuring consistency between electrical, mechanical, thermal and electronic subsystems.

Key Responsibilities
• Analyze and decompose OEM battery system requirements.
• Develop system-level requirements and technical specifications.
• Support battery system architecture definition.
• Coordinate interfaces between BMS, HV distribution, cooling systems, mechanical structures and vehicle systems.
• Perform technical feasibility and requirements gap analysis.
• Support functional safety and system-level risk analysis.
• Develop requirement traceability and verification strategies.
• Contribute to DFMEA, DVP&R; and system validation planning.
• Participate in OEM technical reviews and RFQ proposal preparation. Required Technical Skills
• Strong knowledge of automotive high-voltage battery systems.




• Understanding of 400V and 800V-class battery architectures.
• Knowledge of lithium-ion battery technologies and thermal management systems.
• Experience with requirements engineering and system architecture.
• Familiarity with tools such as DOORS, Polarion, Jama or equivalent.
• Understanding of ISO 26262, ASPICE and automotive V-model development.
• Knowledge of system integration, verification and validation.
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary technical interfaces. Experience
• 5+ years in automotive systems engineering.
• Direct experience in EV battery systems, high-voltage powertrain systems or closely related applications.
• Experience working with OEM requirements and system architecture.
• RFQ or early development phase experience preferred. Critical Selection Criteria Must be able to explain a complete EV battery system architecture, identify its main interfaces and translate customer specifications into actionable engineering requirements.
