We are seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Manufacturing Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing, Cost Management, and Inventory Management. The adecuado candidate will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing production support, driving process improvements, implementing enhancements, and partnering closely with business stakeholders to optimize manufacturing operations. This role requires a hands-on functional consultant who can effectively troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, support ongoing operations, and contribute to strategic ERP initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Production Support
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Oracle Manufacturing modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to transactions, configurations, integrations, and data.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Support month-end and period-end manufacturing processes, including costing and reconciliations.
• Respond to service requests involving setup changes, master data corrections, and process improvements. Functional Enhancements & Configuration
• Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion Manufacturing and Costing modules.
• Design and implement system enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
• Support new business requirements, process changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with business users to identify optimization opportunities. Project Delivery
• Gather and analyze business requirements.
• Prepare functional design documentation and solution recommendations.
• Participate in solution design workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production deployments.
• Assist with Oracle quarterly releases, patches, and system upgrades.



Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Inventory, Procurement, Planning, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Coordinate with technical teams on integrations, reports, customizations, and data fixes.
• Support end-user training and knowledge transfer activities.
• Maintain system documentation, test evidence, process flows, and knowledge articles. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience supporting Oracle Manufacturing solutions.
• Strong functional expertise in:
• Oracle Manufacturing (WIP)
• Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Cost Management / Costing
• Inventory Management
• Experience with production support, incident resolution, and enhancement delivery.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes and ERP lifecycle.
• Experience conducting Root Cause Analysis and driving issue resolution.
• Proven experience working directly with business stakeholders and end users.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Preferred Qualifications
• Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM experience.
• Oracle Fusion Manufacturing Certification.
• Oracle Fusion Inventory Management Certification.
• Oracle Fusion Cost Management Certification.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
