Role Description As a Asesor(a) en Protección Patrimonial at Consolida Capital, you will provide personalized financial and asset-protection guidance to individual and business clients. In this full-time hybrid role based in San Pedro Garza García, NLE, you will meet with clients both in person and virtually, assess their current financial situation, and recommend appropriate protection strategies and products. You will prepare proposals, follow up on leads, maintain accurate client records, and support clients through policy onboarding and updates. The role includes collaborating with internal teams, staying current on market trends and regulatory changes, and participating in training and commercial activities to achieve individual and team goals. Qualifications
• Ability to analyze client needs, identify risks, and design tailored patrimonial protection solutions.
• Strong client-facing skills, including clear communication, active listening, and relationship-building.




• Solid organizational skills to manage multiple clients, follow-ups, and documentation with attention to detail.
• Comfort with hybrid work, including effective use of digital tools for virtual meetings, reporting, and research.
• Results-oriented mindset, with capacity to work toward sales and service targets in a structured yet autonomous way.
• Basic understanding of financial products, insurance, or wealth management; prior experience in these areas is an advantage.
• High ethical standards, discretion, and commitment to client confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
• Preferred: Technical or university studies in finance, business, economics, law, or related areas.
• Preferred: Professional proficiency in Spanish and functional English for documentation or training materials.
