• Lead the internal team and oversee external collection agencies.
• Develop strategies to recover overdue accounts and improve cash flow.
• Track recovery, cost, and agency performance metrics.
• Manage complex cases and negotiations.
• Ensure ethical practices and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. What you bring?
• Experience leading collections teams and managing external agencies.
• Financial services experience; automotive finance or fintech experience is preferred.
• Advanced English.
• Strong leadership,



analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of responsible collections practices and applicable regulations.
