We’re looking for someone with experience in software delivery/project management who can coordinate work across Engineering, QA, Product, Infrastructure, Security, and BI. You’ll own the delivery process from planning through release: sprint coordination, capacity, dependencies, risks, releases, and keeping work moving across multiple teams. What we’re looking for:
• 3-4 years in Delivery/Project Management, Scrum, or Technical Project Coordination
• Experience managing a software delivery cycle
• Jira experience
• Strong English (B2+) Nice to Have:
• Scrum Master certification (PSM I or CSM), preferred but not required
• Prior experience at department-wide scope.
• Hospitality, ticketing, or venue and events platform experience
• Enough technical literacy to read a technical definition and question an estimate
• Experience inside an audited SDLC where controls must be evidenced
