• Develop collection strategies tailored to customer and account segments.
• Analyze portfolio performance and identify recovery opportunities.
• Lead, coach, and develop the collections team.
• Manage escalated cases while protecting customer relationships.
• Track results and recommend improvements to processes and strategies. What you bring
• Collections experience, ideally in a call center and in a strategic or leadership role.
• Financial services experience; automotive finance or fintech experience is preferred.
• Advanced English.




• Strong analytical, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, predictive dialers, or collection systems.
