Through continuous research and a comprehensive online platform, DATOZ provides accurate and consistent intelligence to leading property developers, brokerage agencies, investment institutions, tenants, and a variety of service providers. DATOZ is looking for a market research analysts. The selected applicants will support the research and analytics team with assignments including monitoring property developments, establishing and nurturing relationships with property owners, managers and brokers, doing relevant field work and collaborating on content creation for the company’s audience. Responsibilities
• Research general market activity.
• Conduct property-specific and general market visits to verify recorded
• activity.
• Prepare and peer review quarterly market reports.
• Present statistics to key market players.
• Discuss market developments with national and local media outlets.
• Participate in relevant industry related events.




• Qualifications
• Social skills to develop and maintain professional relationships with
• various market actors.
• Willingness to travel regularly for short periods of time.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Having a driver’s license
• Fluency in English and Spanish. Good to haves:
• A degree in business, finance, economics, journalism or related fields is desired but not required.
