We are seeking a Safety & Ergonomics Engineer to lead ergonomic and safety initiatives, identify workplace risks, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. * Temporary contract 4 months*

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct ergonomic assessments of workstations, manufacturing processes, and material handling activities using established methodologies.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate ergonomic and occupational safety risks.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Engineering, and EHS teams to improve workplace safety and ergonomics.
• Lead projects focused on reducing repetitive motions, awkward postures, and musculoskeletal risk factors.
• Perform risk assessments, safety inspections, and follow-up on corrective actions.
• Support compliance with applicable safety regulations, standards, and company requirements.
• Deliver training and awareness programs related to workplace safety and ergonomics.




• Monitor and analyze safety and ergonomic performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in audits and promote a strong safety culture throughout the facility. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Occupational Safety, Ergonomics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Safety, Ergonomics, EHS, or a related function within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of ergonomic assessment tools and risk evaluation methodologies.
• Familiarity with occupational health and safety regulations and management systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
