• Make outbound calls to prospective guests and potential clients to promote events and generate bookings.
• Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Follow up with leads and interested prospects to encourage event reservations.
• Identify potential opportunities and convert prospects into confirmed bookings.
• Communicate event details, answer questions, and address potential guests' concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, leads, and booking status.
• Meet established sales targets, call volume expectations, and booking goals.




• Work closely with the Events Team to support event promotion and maximize attendance. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Required Skills
• Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
• Preferable experience with Oracle, notebook, Splash Bi
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• English level C1 is a must
