Key Responsibilities
✅ Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for IT/OT categories, including software, hardware, IT consulting, and technology services. ✅ Identify opportunities to optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), generate sustainable cost savings, and improve supplier performance. ✅ Lead global supplier selection, negotiations, contract management, onboarding, and ongoing supplier relationship management. ✅ Partner with IT/OT leadership teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives and digital transformation initiatives. ✅ Analyze market trends, emerging technologies, supplier capabilities, and cost drivers to support strategic decision-making. ✅ Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement projects across integral procurement processes. ✅ Manage cross-functional international teams and stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with high quality standards. ✅ Establish and monitor supplier performance through KPI dashboards, scorecards, and governance reviews. ✅ Lead change management initiatives related to supplier transitions, process improvements, and procurement transformation. Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Economics, Legal, or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.




• 10+ years of experience in procurement within international and matrix organizations.
• 5+ years of experience negotiating software licenses, hardware, IT consulting services, and technology contracts.
• Strong background in strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiation, and procurement transformation.
• Experience with SAP ERP, Ariba, and e-procurement systems.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights into business value. What We're Looking For
