Drayage Transportation Assistant

As our Drayage Planner, you plan and schedule every container to move between ports, rail ramps, and warehouses. Your day starts with reviewing container availability, last free days, and cutoffs, then building the plan: matching each move with the right carrier, booking terminal and warehouse appointments, and confirming chassis and equipment. You'll work hand in hand with Carrier Sales, Track & Trace, customers, and terminals, adjusting calmly when plans change and documenting every update. Your planning keeps containers moving and prevents demurrage and per diem charges. You'll need drayage, intermodal, dispatch, or logistics coordination experience, strong organization, clear communication, and comfort with a TMS.
