• Provide professional and timely support to customers through email, phone, chat, and other communication channels.
• Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues by identifying root causes and proposing effective solutions.
• Escalate complex cases when required and follow up until resolution is achieved.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in company systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Support administrative and operational activities related to customer service processes.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation using Microsoft Office tools. Languages Upper-Intermediate to Advanced
