Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Test Manager to support a complex Salesforce transformations. In this role, you will take ownership of test planning, design, and execution, ensuring that Salesforce solutions meet business requirements and quality standards. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners to coordinate testing activities, manage defects, and support successful releases. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Salesforce testing, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a client-facing environment. Experience with Salesforce CPQ is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
• Own and coordinate testing activities across Salesforce implementations, ensuring alignment with business requirements and project objectives.
• Design, maintain, and execute comprehensive functional and end-to-end test scenarios.
• Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), working closely with business users to validate processes, gather feedback, and adjust test scenarios.
• Perform hands-on testing in non-production environments to identify defects and validate solutions.
• Collaborate with Salesforce implementation partners, development teams, and business stakeholders to resolve testing issues.
• Manage defect tracking, prioritization, resolution, and reporting.
• Validate Salesforce business processes and integrations with other enterprise systems.
• Monitor testing progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues to support delivery timelines.
• Provide clear testing updates, quality assessments,



and release-readiness reports to stakeholders.
• Work independently, taking ownership of challenges and driving solutions with minimal supervision.
• Maintain effective communication with international stakeholders and participate in scheduled client visits to the United States. Qualifications Required Skills & Experience
• Strong professional experience in software testing, including ownership or leadership of testing activities.
• Solid hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications and business processes.
• Proven ability to design and execute functional, integration, and end-to-end test scenarios.
• Experience planning and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, defect management, and software delivery processes.
• Experience collaborating directly with clients, business users, and technical delivery teams.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and resolve complex issues with minimal supervision.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Availability for scheduled business travel to the United States. Nice to Have
• Hands-on testing experience with Salesforce CPQ, including pricing, quoting, discounting, approvals, and related business processes.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Exposure to Ironclad CLM, MuleSoft, or similar enterprise integrations.
• Experience supporting large-scale Salesforce implementations or transformation programmes.
• Previous experience in a Test Manager or similar testing leadership role.
