PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: Conducting and monitoring actions to ensure flexibility in processes, meeting customer requirements, and ensuring that work is done in a risk-free environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
/ACTIVITIES:
• Coordinate and develop new processes.
• Development of prototypes and new products for manufacturing processes.
• Ensure support from areas of responsibility.
• Follow-up to ISO 9001 standards.
• Participation in continuous improvement teams in their assigned area.
• Participation in the preparation of FMEAS, Control Plan.
• Development and Implementation of Fixtures in the work areas.
• Development of Lay Out for new processes and installation. EDUCATION REQUIRED:
• Industrial Engineering and/or Manufacturing
EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in position.
• Progressive die press.
• Reading and Interpreting Plans
• Design of Prototypes of Machinery and Tools. COMPETENCIES:
• MS Office
• SAP
• SolidWorks
• English proficiency: conversational and written
