We're looking for an Engineering Operations Analyst to keep our engineering operations running smoothly: backlog and sprint operations, support triage, third-party integrations, business systems, and security and compliance. You'll report to the CTO and work closely with Engineering, which owns technical execution. QuadSci ships a self-hosted product into enterprise environments, so how we run our backlog, support and security work matters to customers before and after they buy. This is a hands-on role with room to grow: as recurring work gets automated, more of your time shifts toward product work.

What You'll Do
• Run backlog operations: keep the sprint backlog groomed and prioritized with Engineering, track sprint progress, and triage support requests that don't sit with FDEs and route them to the right internal engineering owner.
• Maintain the inventory of third-party integrations and credentials, and coordinate requests and rotation with Engineering.
• Administer internal apps and business systems such as Salesforce, and own the onboarding/offboarding checklist across tools.
• Support our security program: keep SOC 2 tasks on track, run the quarterly access review, track vulnerability and pentest findings to closure with Engineering, and keep security policies and customer security answers current.
• Turn support and customer feedback into clear product input, help write requirements, and maintain product documentation.
• Track and report engineering KPIs, such as sprint velocity, cycle time, support response times and release cadence, and flag trends to leadership.
• Document internal processes, runbooks and system configurations so work doesn't depend on one person.
• Identify manual, repetitive workflows and automate them with scripts or no-code tools.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success on internal requests that touch product, support or security.

What we're looking for
• 3+ years in product operations, business operations or a similar analyst role at a B2B software company.
• Experience running backlogs and sprint processes, and comfort with technical topics like APIs, integrations, access management and security basics such as least privilege, MFA and safe credential handling.
• Experience administering internal apps or business systems such as Salesforce.
• Comfortable with dashboards and data analysis.
• Highly organized, with strong written English and Spanish.
• Nice to have: experience supporting customer security reviews, light scripting or no-code automation, and interest in product management. Education
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
• Certifications in agile/Scrum, ITIL or security fundamentals (e.g., CompTIA Security+) are a plus. What Success Looks Like
• The backlog reflects reality, and sprint status is visible without a meeting.
• Support requests reach the right engineering owner quickly, and nothing falls between FDEs and the internal team.
• Onboarding, offboarding and access to internal apps are consistent, with no access left behind.
• Security and compliance work, including SOC 2 tasks and access reviews, closes on time without pulling in the CTO.
• Engineering KPIs are reported regularly, and recurring processes are documented and increasingly automated. The Adecuado Candidate You're organized, curious and comfortable with technical topics. In a single week you might groom the sprint backlog, route a support escalation, run an access review, update product documentation and report on engineering KPIs. You like turning messy, manual work into clear processes. You're proactive and pragmatic. You don't need to be an expert in everything, but you follow through, ask good questions and learn quickly.
