We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale industrial and commercial construction projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall execution of assigned projects, ensuring successful delivery in terms of scope, budget, schedule, quality, and safety. This position will also serve as a key point of contact for clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams. We are looking for a hands-on construction professional with strong leadership skills and proven experience managing complex projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the overall execution of construction projects, ensuring compliance with design, budget, schedule, quality, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
• Lead and supervise project teams while working closely with the on-site Superintendent to ensure successful field execution.
• Manage project administration, including documentation, purchase requisitions, change orders, project logs, and financial controls.
• Monitor project costs, schedules, materials, equipment, and inspections.
• Identify project risks, potential delays, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company and project safety standards and procedures.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and internal leadership regarding project progress, risks, costs, and key decisions.
• Support the development and implementation of project strategies, plans, and budgets.
• Identify and implement innovative processes and methodologies to improve project performance.



Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial and/or commercial construction.
• Proven experience managing projects throughout their full lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and team management.
• Experience managing large-scale and complex construction projects.
• Experience working directly with construction executives and making recommendations that impact project performance and profitability.
• Experience in industries such as industrial construction, manufacturing, data centers, infrastructure, technology, energy, or electrical construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, cost control, and project management.
• Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and successful project delivery.
• Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients and teams.
• Availability to travel and/or temporarily relocate based on project requirements. Key Skills
