JOB PORPUSE Lead strategic manufacturing projects from planning through execution, ensuring achievement of cost, quality, productivity, capacity, and schedule objectives. Coordinate cross-functional teams to successfully deliver manufacturing expansion, automation, NPI, process improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead manufacturing projects, New Product Introduction (NPI), production transfers, and capacity expansion initiatives.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and tracking mechanisms.
• Coordinate activities across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, and Logistics teams.
• Manage project risks, scope changes, priorities, and escalations.
• Ensure project milestones, deliverables, and financial targets are achieved.
• Lead project review meetings with local and global stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and productivity initiatives.
• Oversee the implementation of new manufacturing lines, equipment, and technologies.
• Monitor and report project KPIs and performance metrics.
• Present executive-level updates to leadership teams and customers. Education Required
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field. Preferred
• Master’s degree in business administration (MBA), Operations Management, or Project Management. Experience
• 8+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years leading complex cross-functional projects. Experience in:
