Junior Implementation Associate
- Remote or On Site POSITION SUMMARY The Junior Implementation Associate reports directly to the Project Manager with either an internal or an an on site presence in support of Gaea’s client. The junior Implementation Manager represents the organization and manages a professional relationship with both internal and external team members. RESPONSIBILITIES ● Assist PM’s with project scheduling activities within the Gaea team and the client staff members ● Identify process gaps in document and contract management, and suggest process changes to help resolve issues ● Work with multiple sites in supporting the internal document management tool, and the setup of document hierarchy structures ● Administer the document and workflow management tool in place ● Scheduling in Primavera P6, Unifier and a strong understanding of Excel reports ● Supporting Project Management process development and reporting REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ● A minimum of 1 year in a project coordinator role or project management team or equivalent training in a related field. ● Prior experience with administration of a document management tool ● Schedule management using Oracle Primavera P6, MS Project,



Oracle Unifier or a similar software system ● Provide on demand reports using Excel or similar software system ● Exceptional time management skills ● Superior communication in both oral and written form DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS ● 2 years of proven project data management experience and analytics ● BS or BA Degree in Business management or equivalent experience in project management related field of study ● Software experience/exposure to Primavera P6, Primavera Unifier, Primavera Contract Management, MS Project, Excel, SAP, ● An understanding of construction management, project controls processes and construction phases of project control management desired TRAVEL Less than 15% Argano is the first of its kind: a digital consultancy totally immersed in high-performance operations.
