About the Role
The Accounts Receivable Administrative Clerk provides administrative and transactional support to the Accounts Receivable department, allowing AR Specialists and Collectors to focus on customer account management, collections, cash applications, and higher activities. This position is responsible for routine AR administrative and transactional processes, documentation, account maintenance, transaction review, and other non-collection activities that support the accuracy and efficiency of the Accounts Receivable function. Responsibilities
• Review Customer base portals to ensure invoicing is complete.
• Review Customer portals for any payment deductions taken.
• Track Customer non-product related deductions (known as unauthorized deductions).
• Research, dispute and provide reports on non-product deductions.
• Processing approved administrative credit memos (non-product related).
• Advising Sales of any product related deductions found in customer portals for resolve.
• New Customer Setup Administrative portion across all company systems.
• Process routine Customer account adjustments that do not require collection or credit judgment.
• Provide additional administrative and transactional support to the AR department as needed. Qualifications
• High school graduate.
• 1 year of clerical work experience. Required Skills
