RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Asegura que los sistemas Android se usen correctamente por los miembros de equipo de trabajo: Trabajo estándar, Sistema de Calidad, Sistema de escalación, Sistema de Seguridad.
• Se enfoca a mejorar el desempeño del equipo de trabajo a través del entrenamiento, ayuda, y comunicación efectiva en Seguridad, Calidad, Asistencia y Productividad.
• Liderazgo: Promueve la filosofía y valores de Android, alienta a ser mejores cada día para lograr los objetivos comunes.
• Apoya a su equipo de trabajo requiriendo el soporte de las áreas de servicio: Mantenimiento, Controles. IT, Materiales y Calidad.
• Administra y reporta Indicadores de desempeño de su equipo de trabajo EDUCATION AND

EXPERIENCE:
• Habilidades de liderazgo en un grupo de trabajo
• Conocimiento de una línea de producción y expectativas que requiere un cliente
• Experiencia mínima de 1 año administrando un equipo de trabajo. TRAVEL:

Minimal KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
• Asegura que los integrantes de su equipo trabajan de forma segura (Equipo de protección personal y no cometer actos inseguros)
• Ayuda al equipo a alcanzar sus objetivos de producción, de mejorar la eficiencia del equipo y asegurar la calidad del producto.
• Asegura el entrenamiento a nuevos integrantes del equipo, la ejecución del Mantenimiento Autónomo y Hojas de verificación del proceso (PVS´s).
• Soporta Andon (Ayuda) a quien lo requiere.
• Administra producción del turno hr x hr a través del OSR (Pantalla de administración de la producción, envío, JPH, etc)
• Puntualidad y ética laboral PHYSICAL CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL
