The Production Development Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely implementation of engineering changes within the production environment. This position is responsible for managing the Bill of Materials (BOM) in SAP, coordinating design change notifications (CNs), and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain process integrity and cost efficiency. The specialist ensures that material updates are correctly assigned, documented, and executed without negatively impacting site operations. This position reports to the Project Manager in Matamoros, Tamaulipas site. Responsibilities As the Production Development Specialist, you will:




• Load the BOM of new product in the SAP system.
• Update the BOM of regular codes according to a change of design CN.
• Monitor material changes, considering that the unique do not represent a negative cost for wrong location Monitor de BOM so that the materials are correctly assigned and avoid an error by wrong location.
• Monitor the implementation of the changes of the materials in their established time.
• Manage reports in conjunction with process engineering to implement the changes and have updated the documentation used within the process.
• Coordinate and assign the CNs (change notifications) monitoring that they are implemented and closed in windchill.
• Work as a team with the support areas (warehouse, shipping, engineering, HSE, HR) to make possible the delivery of the expected results.
