CodersLink is seeking a Staff Software Engineer AI to define the technical direction for an AI and agent platform used by brands. You will own reliability, scalability, and architecture end to end for the AI and Agent platforms, set build and monitoring practices, and mentor engineers.

You'll collaborate with product managers, designers, and AI scientists to bring generative AI features to production, research new AI technologies, and drive architectural decisions across teams.
