Descripción The EHS Manager will lead all Environmental, Health & Safety initiatives for a manufacturing site, ensuring regulatory compliance, employee safety, occupational health, and environmental stewardship. This role will drive a strong safety environment, oversee medical and industrial hygiene programs, and support the site's continuous improvement strategy.
- Lead all EHS programs, policies, and compliance activities.
- Drive a zero-incident safety environment through risk assessments, training, and prevention initiatives.
- Manage occupational health, medical surveillance, ergonomics, and employee wellness programs.
- Oversee industrial hygiene and workplace exposure controls.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, permits, and reporting requirements.
- Lead hazardous materials, chemical safety, and waste management programs.
- Conduct incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Manage emergency preparedness,



crisis response, and business continuity plans.
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, HR, and Leadership teams to drive EHS performance.
- Develop, coach, and lead the site's EHS organization. Perfil buscado A successful EHS Manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
- 8+ years of EHS experience within manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience in consumer goods, food & beverage, personal care, household products, or similar FMCG industries.
- Strong background in industrial safety, occupational health, environmental compliance, and chemical management.
- Advanced English proficiency.
