About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned Integral Compensation Specialist to join their innovative Human Resources team in Zapopan, Jalisco, MX. This role is crucial for developing, implementing, and managing competitive and equitable compensation programs across our client's international operations. You will play a key part in ensuring our compensation strategies attract and retain top talent globally, while remaining compliant with various international regulations. Key Responsibilities

- Analyze market compensation data from various countries to develop competitive salary structures and incentive plans.
- Administer and manage global compensation programs, including base pay, variable pay, and long-term incentives.
- Ensure compensation programs align with the company's business strategy and reward performance.
- Conduct job evaluations and ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Manage relationships with global compensation survey providers and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with relevant compensation laws and regulations in all operating countries.
- Develop communication materials to explain compensation programs to employees and managers.
- Support the annual compensation review process, including merit increases and bonus allocations.




- Collaborate with HR teams in different regions to implement and administer compensation programs.
- Prepare reports and analyses on compensation trends and program effectiveness.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation, with a strong focus on global compensation practices.
- In-depth knowledge of compensation principles, job evaluation methodologies, and salary benchmarking.
- Experience with international compensation and benefits regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a multinational corporation is highly desirable.
