To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Manager . The Program Manager will be based in Juarez south

Reporting to Program Management In this role, you will be In-charge of guiding a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will hold up development and implementation of a project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers.

What a typical day looks like:

- Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.
- In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
- Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.
- Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.
- Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.
- Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.
- Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L; and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities.
- Holds up production sites for projects, costs and other customer related matters through business and expertise.




- Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for critical customer issues

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
- Financial performance and P&L; of assigned programs.
- Manage revenue, costs, margins, profitability, and financial forecasts .
- Demonstrated experience managing P&L;, budgets, forecasting, cost control, and profitability .
- Advanced English
- Previous Experience as a PM
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Process
- NPI Transfer.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, Outlook, basic Core Tools) and problem-solving methodology
