About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for blockchain adoption and cryptocurrency investments.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential investment opportunities in the blockchain and crypto space.
- Evaluate the feasibility and potential impact of new blockchain protocols and decentralized applications.
- Advise on regulatory compliance and risk management strategies related to cryptocurrency operations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to define requirements for blockchain solutions and smart contract development.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on strategic initiatives and market insights for senior management.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including industry partners, developers, and regulatory bodies.




- Monitor the performance of existing crypto assets and blockchain initiatives, recommending adjustments as needed.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in blockchain technology, cryptography, and decentralized finance (De Fi).

Requirements
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in a strategic role within the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry.
- Master's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of blockchain architecture, consensus mechanisms, smart contracts, and various cryptocurrency protocols.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct complex market analysis and financial modeling.
- Excellent knowledge of global regulatory frameworks affecting digital assets.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Cancún, Quintana Roo market dynamics is a plus.
