Full Stack Flutter Developer
** to drive the evolution of our high-performance mobile applications, backend/BFF services, and web panels in a hybrid environment in Mexico City (CDMX).
What will your mission be?
Lead the end-to-end development, maintenance, and evolution of our mobile platforms, Angular web panels, and backend components, ensuring code quality, high availability, and seamless integration across client applications, distributed architectures, and APIs.
Main Responsibilities
Full Stack & Mobile Development
: Design, build, and maintain native/hybrid mobile applications for Android and iOS using Flutter, as well as develop, consume, and maintain Backend services.
Architecture & State Management
: Implement architectural best practices (DDD, Feature-First, strict layer separation) and advanced state management in Flutter (Providers, Riverpod).
Configuration & Multitenancy
:Configure applications using *Flutter Flavors*, environment management, assets, and multitenant logic for multiple clients or brands.
Web & Backend Development
: Build and analyze Backend services with Node.js, Express/NestJS (BFF pattern), and modular web frontends using Angular.
Integration & Native Capabilities
: Integrate geolocation, camera, storage, push notifications (FCM),



and complex REST APIs with asynchronous handling and resilience against connectivity loss.
Databases & Persistence
: Design and query relational databases (PostgreSQL), NoSQL (MongoDB), and caching strategies with Redis.
Quality & Continuous Delivery
: Implement unit and integration tests, diagnose issues using observability/debugging tools, and collaborate on CI/CD pipelines for app store releases.
What are we looking for? (Profile & Requirements)
Education
: Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Computer Science, Systems, IT, or related fields.
Experience
: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in mobile application development with Flutter **along with active hands-on development in web/backend**.
Essential Requirements (Mandatory Technical Filters):
1. **Mid-Advanced Flutter:** Solid experience in Flutter architecture (DDD, Feature-First), state management (Providers/Riverpod), and Flavors/Environments configuration.
2. **Backend Development & BFF (Mandatory):** Strong proficiency in Node.js with TypeScript, frameworks like Express or NestJS, and real experience **building and designing** (not just consuming) APIs and BFF patterns.
3. **Web Development in Angular (Mandatory):** Recent hands-on experience in Angular (LTS/current versions) with standalone components, services, routing, and RxJS.
4. **Databases & Caching:** Fluent in SQL (PostgreSQL, transactions,



indexes), NoSQL (MongoDB), and temporary storage using Redis
5. **Native Capabilities & Resilience:** Experience integrating maps, GPS, push notifications (FCM), and offline/connectivity handling.
6. **Mobile Security & API Design:** Knowledge of JWT authentication, access/refresh tokens, secure storage, and REST API contracts/design.
7. **Version Control & Agile Work:** Advanced use of Git and task tracking in Jira under Scrum methodologies.
8. **Responsible Use of AI:** Ability to leverage AI tools as development support without compromising technical judgment, code review, or validation.

Full Stack Mindset: Comprehensive vision connecting the mobile/web UI with backend services, databases, and external integrations.
Root-Cause Problem Analysis: Ability to trace an issue end-to-end from the mobile app down to backend logs and network traces.
Autonomy & Proactivity: Ability to investigate, propose technical solutions, and communicate risks or blockers promptly.
Quality & Traceability: Rigor in code reviews, error handling, meeting acceptance criteria, and updating Jira before delivering tasks.
