Resolv Integral is seeking an EV Technical Support Specialist to assist customers with charging products, troubleshoot issues, and guide through solutions. This role emphasizes clear communication and empathetic problem-solving in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment.

You’ll work remotely from Mexico after paid training, supporting customers via phone, live chat, and email, and you will own inquiries from start to finish while documenting interactions and escalating when needed.
