Aptiv is seeking a Lead Test Development Engineer to design, validate, and optimize test hardware, software, and processes for high‑volume automotive manufacturing. You will collaborate with general teams to deliver robust production test solutions, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve test performance and efficiency.

The role requires hands-on experience with LabVIEW/LabWindows/CVI, TestStand, C++, and automotive test systems, plus strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
